Shipping Policy for Luxurious Beauty Collection

At Luxurious Beauty Collection, we prioritize the accuracy and timeliness of your order. Due to our commitment to providing premium products and managing inventory, please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Processing Time:

  • Order processing takes up to 7-15 business days. This extended period allows for inventory management and ensures that each order is fulfilled accurately.
  • During peak sales periods or when supply is low, processing times may be further extended.

2. Shipping Methods and Times:

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Priority Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days with USPS.
    • Orders are shipped only after payment has been received and cleared.
    • For apartments, a signature will be required. Insurance is optional at checkout.
    • Orders placed with overnight shipping on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, as Saturday is not a business day.
  • International Orders:
    • Typically take 12-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method used.
    • International shipping costs do not include any tariffs or duties imposed by your home country.

3. Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please note that shipping activity will become available 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number.

4. Order Changes:

  • Changes to the products in your order can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes to shipping methods, addresses, or order cancellations are not permitted after this period due to our fast processing times.

5. Order Fulfillment Issues:

  • We are not responsible for costs incurred due to delays or errors in order fulfillment, including any appointment or cancellation fees for services.
  • We are not liable for the installation of products.

6. Returned Packages:

  • If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be restocked, and store credit will be issued, minus the initial shipping charge and a $25 return fee.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address. Packages returned to the shipper will incur a $25 fee.

7. Accuracy and Insurance:

  • Double-check your order details before submitting to ensure accuracy. Minor errors can cause delays and additional fees.
  • For added protection, we strongly recommend U.S. customers opt for package insurance at checkout to cover potential loss or theft of packages.

8. Special Requests:

  • Orders placed online cannot be picked up in-store. For international orders, PayPal is the only accepted payment method.
  • We may request additional information to successfully fulfill your order. Please ensure all order details are accurate to avoid delays.

9. Order Fulfillment Responsibility:

  • We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to delays or issues with the order fulfillment process, including any associated fees or missed appointments.
